Only last week we received a call from a lady named Karen. Though her voice sounded like that of a girl barely out of her teens, it sounded like she was under an unusual amount of strain. When she started explaining, we realized the poor lady was stuck somewhere on a highway, more than 15 kilometers away from home. Truth was, she was on the way to her dance recital which was due to begin in an hour and a half. Around 9 at night, she called back thanking us profusely for the prompt response and that put a smile on our faces as well.
